For locations where traditional stained glass techniques might not be suitable, a variety of contemporary glass processing methods area available. These include silk-screening of permanent ceramic enamels (transparent and opaque), acid etching and sand blasting. These can be combined with other processes such as slumping, fusing and glass bending to fulfil the aesthetic objectives of the client. If required these processes can be combined with laminated or toughened glass, and incorporated into sealed units and curtain walling.
